Intimacy Guidelines

This series of illustrations were made for @theintimacycollective.in for their ‘Intimacy on Screen Guidelines’ and ‘Intimacy for performers’. Working with Aastha Khanna we strived to include representation of people of all forms of sexualities, identities, race and ages.
‘The Intimacy Collective’ is India’s first network of intimacy professionals, striving to create safe film sets for all artists and filmmakers to bring to the table their creative best.’ ‘The 'Guidelines for Intimacy on Screen' are a compilation of the standards for the practice of intimacy on screen. We discuss the need to hire an Intimacy coordinator for the safety of performers and for safeguarding producers.The guidelines elaborate on the use of barriers and modesty garments for filming scenes of intimacy and how the IC liases with each department.’
